I battled insomnia for so incredible long. It was very bad, I didn't really sleep for a whole year. Gosh I tried so much I finally resorted to sleeping pills then when my body got used to them I was taking up to 4 benadryls a night. I was desperate. I worked very hard with the healing codes and binaurial beat meditation and it finally worked off an on. But melatonin 12 mg and sometimes 18 mg with theonine. Lately I noticed Zinc works awesome but you have to take it for awhile.
