Re: Schisandra and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

Thank you for this information. I have hypo with hashi's.
I have recently gotten off of the chemical synthroid for a more natural thyroid replacement medicine. (APEX Thyroxal-K-12) so far so good and we're monitoring TSH levels. I just started taking Schisandra and have noticed a tremendous difference in how I feel! I'm more alert and am able to complete many tasks in a day. Overall feel better. Now I see that the adaptogen I chose may not have been the best choice for me. Question: I was thinking of creating my own tincture of Siberian Ginseng do you think that would be a good addition to add to the Schisandra? I hate to dump the sandra if I don't have to. I would appreciate your advice.
thanks
