Re: Four years of iodine, update.

What I forgot to mention in my post was the FBD thing; I used to paint my breasts every month the first years.
Last year I forgot about it, for about 3-4 months; then I had a revisit of swelling and pain; gone in 2 days of painting.

We need both types of iodine, breasts need in particular the iodine, mostly I take iodide; thats why I have to keep painting.
In men it is the prostate that needs the iodiNE

(as always, the dosage suggested is far to low ITFO (in this forums opinion)
