I had better not continue this discussion as it seems to have been labelled a "debate". I do not agree with much of your logic, and likewise you do not agree with mine. Most here seem to think of me as unreasonable, which I find unfortunate since I am levying to make a $50 book available for free. I am not quite sure what is unreasonable about disseminating vital information at no cost to the sick, so perhaps I am missing something.

I find your elitism offensive, as you clearly view yourself as being above me, but then it seems you feel the same about my previous reply to you. I certainly am not claiming to be "above" others, and if it appeared that way then I apologize.

I would have emailed you with a proper response but you have not made that option available. And one more time, just for good measure: I am looking for truth and a fair deal for all, not debate.
