DD I absolutely agree with you.. MH is selfless in helping everyone on this forum.. If you went to an alternative health provider you would pay out the gazzoo.. He also supports his family thru this "off the grid" type job. I personally just sent for the book and didn't think a thing about the $... any other motivation or lack of support for our pal, in my humble opinon is tacky!!
