I think you will find that the 108Pages ebook and the Health via Food photocopy are not, in fact, the same text. I am clearly asking for the ridiculously over-priced and unofficial reprint of William Howard Hay's Health via Food to be made freely available to all who seek. On one hand MH claims to want to cure all, yet on the other he will only help those who throw large sums of money at him. It would be nice if all you MH-devotees would view matters subjectively instead of getting on your high horse to support your "God".
