EDTA is mostly effective for removing lead. It's mainly known for moving mercury around without effectively removing it.
The fact that you have silver fillings suggests that mercury is at least partly the cause of the troubles you've had.
It's very dangerous to chelate with silver fillings still in your mouth. A chelator can pull the mercury from the fillings out into your body. This, of course, can make your situation much worse. I've read of many people who suffered terribly because of this.
Replacing fillings can be expensive but IMO worth it. I replaced my fillings and have been chelating for a few years, and my health has improved dramatically. I only regret that I didn't figure this out sooner. I also regret that I didn't tell my dentist not to put that silver stuff in my teeth in the first place.
