Replacing your fillings and chelating will probably help you more than anything else.
You might also consider the possibility that you are suffering from an overgrowth of yeast. It's common with heavy metal problems. An anti-yeast program could help you (assuming you have a yeast problem too). Such a program is difficult to follow and likely won't be a "cure" as long as the mercury remains in your body.
For me an anti-yeast treatment helped me control the symptoms, but only replacing my fillings and chelating have helped me feel like I'm (almost) cured.
