Re: Depression help needed

Just throwing this out here too in case there is a slight chance anyone has tried this combo. Anyone ever combined Resveratrol and Methylene Blue for any "added" antidepressant effect? I've taken each seperately on their own before but never in combination. Currently I am taking MB but not the Resv. I took Resv awhile back and got achilles heel pain which I have heard others get but also back then I did notice somewhat of an antidepressant effect. Also gave me added strength in the gym. I'd like to start back up on it again but maybe a lower dosage to possibly avoid the joint pain issues.

I'll ask this too while I'm talking of Resv. I know Resv can chelate copper out of your system and this could be one of the reasons for the achilles heel pain. Actually awhile back I was dosing higher with Vit. C <5000 mg's> and got achilles heel pain with that as well. I heard Vit C in higher dosing can also chelate copper. My question is this. Could the reason why I got the achilles heel pain be indicative that I had too much copper in my system that I needed to chelate out..and if so...should I have continued the course with the Resv because it would be beneficial for me to do so to get more copper out? I don't know if I am thinking logically about this but maybe someone knows to see if I am on point or not.

I will also add as a precaution..I am not on any AD that could make it dangerous for me to combine it with either Resv or MB on it's own or even in combination. Thanks.
