I understand what you're trying to say and i don't think there would be any problems as to how you're doing them. I think what you are picturing is your liver dumping and it just not getting all out as we want it to. That's why I always follow up with IF#2 to help clean things up. I'm not sure if you are taking IF#2 or cannot for specific reasons but that's what I do :) Tweet
