Any negative affect from the CE's?

Hi everyone-I have been off the forum for awhile due to some craziness with life. I have kept up somewhat with my natural healing and I am hoping to get back into it all very soon. One thing I have tried to continue is the CE’s. This morning I started to wonder if I was not doing 100% of my protocol was it ok to still do the CE’s? Would there be any negative effect to the CE’s if my colon is not fully cleansed? I still try to do the CE’s every weekend and sometimes during the week depending on how much time I have. I feel great after them and I felt like it was a good way to continue to cleanse my liver. I still have to take narcotics at times for my migraines so I always try to do CE's for a few days afterwards to try and clean my liver out from the drugs. I also feel at times it also helps to clean my bowel out. I know this is not the purpose for them but hopefully that is alright. I am still doing IF#1 and when I do the CE’s I do them in the am usually after a BM. Sometimes if I have not had a BM I will do a water enema first.

I did some reading on the forum this morning and did not see anything that made me think it could be a problem but I wanted to check with those more in the know before I continued with the CE's.!

Hoping soon to get back to everything but in the meantime I appreciate your thoughts/advice on the CE’s
