I went to ER because of chest pain

OK so I couldnt take it anymore at work today I was in a meeting and suddenly I had TIA symptoms.
Chest pain like a squeezing in between my pecs (I am still getting them intermittently), I was having to make an effort to speak and my right hand was seizing up a little like i was about to have a stroke.

Now I have had these symptoms before and rode them out but not the chest squeezing so I went to ER. Luckily I had a japanese speaker with me but I know she didnt explain everything so well.
Anyway they said they would just check my heart and not to worry about gallbladder.

It was annoying because during the heart check (they hooked me up to electros or whatever you call them to monitor my heart rate and also did a ultrasound) I had no problems at all - didnt feel pain or any of the other symptoms..the thing about TIAs (if they are Transient Ischematic Attacks) is that unless they catch you whilst you are having one they cannot say for sure it was a TIA or mini stroke..

They took a blood test and said not to worry about gallbladder inflamation because they said it would appear on the tests. They gave me Omepral for what they think might be a stomach ulcer (perhaps because of the apple cider vinegar! 2 months ago i had some erosion on the stomach lining maybe it was made worse) but i read some sideffects about it so am not sure I should take.

Going back to Gallbladder problem according to a site

"People with any of the following symptoms should see a doctor immediately:

* prolonged pain—more than 5 hours
* nausea and vomiting
* fever—even low-grade—or chills
* yellowish color of the skin or whites of the eyes"

--I had nausea, fever and chills and I have yellowish color of the eyes..

I really want to do a flush again with the Epsom Salts (though of course with trepidation) as last time I only got teeny soft things out and not stones. The bad flush has caused my current situation.

I hope I can push the polyp out..
I have a scheduled scan in about 1 month from now for a Ultrasound.
