Thanks for your reply - I will look them up. Previously I used walnut oil, it did not have a bad taste, perhaps I should have used the extra virgin olive oil in the kitchen. Though I believe it was not using Epsom Salts that made matters as they are.. I wonder if the doctor will ask to operate if there is a stone stuck so as not to make the issue worse. I don't particularly want a surgery, later tonight after work I can get the Epsom Salts . Shall I wait and do a flush or just use the salts to hopefully open the ducts?
