Re: afraid of electrolyte imbalance so postponed flush til Sat

I was just about to take the newly arrived Epsoak salts (http://www.sfbsc.com/epsom-salts) then I read on the site that someone almost died through electrolyte imbalance.

Today I felt like dying at work again - felt like i was going to collapse, had nausea, weird chest feelings *have had these before) so was not sure whether this was electrolyte imbalance after my failed flush a few days ago. (as mentioned before I get issues when eating certain foods, I also losing some feeling, even now my left finger has a bit of pins and needles)

All I ate in the morning were two slices of white bread.

The discolouration on my eyes has not gotten hugely worse and my urine is clear so maybe its not full blown jaundice (yet..).
I still get weird feeling in my lower right area of the stomach and what feels like air, I hope I dont burst an organ or cause it to get toxic by waiting 2 more days to do the flush.

I am about to eat some japanese oden - which is fish cake and some other ingredients - hopefully that is ok for me and does not cause issues.

I will drink some "pocari sweat" ion supply electrolyte drink from now till the end of tomorrow (friday) to make sure my ion supply is up (though there are other ingredients in there i dont particularly like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pocari_Sweat
).

I will try to eat healthy but mixed foods tomorrow = salad, some carbohydrates, fish (sushi) and build up electrolytes. Then try the flush again on Saturday so as to lower the risk of electrolyte problems. I still wonder whether to go DR..as I dont want anything to turn infected and poison me from the inside or rupture
