Telman has written that often taking a dose of ES will help move a stuck stone or relieve the congestion from bile sludge. It takes about 2 weeks for the bile pool to recover after a Liver Flush. If the bile pool has not recovered there may not be enough pressure to force more stones out. I have done LFs oftener than every 2 weeks but then have to wait a month or more for the bile pool to recover. Tweet
