Re: Strange thing about last fast....
Anastasia1901,
Thanks for the feedback. I'll just add a few points for consideration.
Of course
Sea Salt is natural in that it occurs naturally in nature but it is not natural for humans to drink sea water. Our bodies have the ability to eliminate salt (sodium chloride) regardless of the source but not the ability to metabolise it. Salt comes out exactly as it goes in.
I have no idea what your regular diet is or what diet you follow in preparation for a fast. Some Hygienists advocate 1-2 weeks of preparation with a fruit-only diet, gradually reducing quantity and number of meals, which should minimise the "shock" of abstaining from eating.
I'm not surprised that you had no trouble after your
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) because your body would have still been in shock after the emergency elimination of the salt assault. Food was probably the last thing it wanted.
Doctors think that chemotherapy and radiation treatment are good things. They discount all the side effects and the suffering of the patient plus the eventual return of cancer because, as far as they're concerned, these treatments "cure" the current cancer.
Personally, I take their opinions with a grain of ...
Good health! :)
