Strange thing about last fast....

On January 3, I start another long water fast. My last one was in December, and it went well. It was a 2 week Water Fast followed by a 1 week juice fast. Well, I got my period on time, but the thing is, I bled and bled much, much more than usual. It was so damn heavy, and the bleeding went beyond the time it should have and didn't stop until I started eating again.

I never heard of that happening to anyone before. I wonder if it will happen on my second fast? Tweet
