He goes on to explain how the body does a pretty good job of cleansing itself, given the ideal conditions of water-only-fasting, and without recourse to external help of that kind.
Personally I agree with the Liver and gallbladder cleanse and especially with fresh organic carrot juice, (one to six pints per day) as this not only cleanses the Liver, but allows it rejuvenate itself as well.
