My hair test was pretty close to being mercury toxic in terms of counting rule 3(4 red bars) but had copper and zinc really high in the red

I might need to do another hair test soon to see if the copper is responding or if that copper level was just an aspect of the mercury toxicity, how accurate have you seen doctors data to be?

Iv been taking zinc for two weeks and moly for one, I dont feel any different but it seems like it would take a month or few to take effect; of course the hair test could tell me if its responding or not Tweet
