Jorge, I wrote the post linked below five months ago after I completely cured my year-long battle with a Candida albicans infestation. I basically did it by using huge amounts of probiotics and a few natural antifungals and the Candida diet. Today I can eat basically any food I wish to eat without a single symptom showing up. I was never a big sugary-food eater, and I’m still not today. In fact, I contracted Candida by eating tons of fruit every day, so now I eat anything I want but only one piece of fruit a day.
By the way, in response to your “friendly flora don't kill yeast” one of the worst die-off days of my life happened the second day after starting the probiotic. I thought I was going to die along with the Candida that were dying out in my gut.
