I meant to say scd diet:) I actually have not had a problem with bowels moving so far, it's been just fine. I will definitely try the salt water flush to empty out. I've heard that aloe vera will help heal the intestines too? Any other products reccomended? Especially for the small intestines.
for the Coffee-Enema I've been using generally 8-12 oz.
