by the way...I ate a meal tonight at a friends who served some dishes that I probably shouldn't eat...yesterday I made some homemade chicken soup with lots of great veggies like kale, turnip and beet greens, leeks etc but then also baked up a big batch of butter bisquits because I felt I might be able to get away with some bread even though it's week 12...tonight I ate some egg pudding type casserole with cheese, egg whites and yolks whipped and veggies and then baked....tonight I notice I have smelly gas for the first time since starting the plan....I know i cheated a bit but can you tell me what causes gas?...why it gets hot at times and smells?...I like it better when I don't have to deal with it.
