If you have blood sugar imbalances, fruit may not be the best food right now. A blood sugar imbalance looks like this:
Hypoglycemia -Fatigued, tired, shaky, anxious, etc., when going to long without food
Insulin resistance - sleepy after meals
Many times, both are present.
Some people hardly eat anything for breakfast and go too long without food. This is not good either.
Follow our blood sugar protocol if that's the case.
