When I started the plan, yes... I had fatigue and light headedness...many years ago I was swimmer who used to be fine, then I started to get dizzy when I flip turn at the wall a few years ago....since the plan it's has subsided because I've started swimming agin,but still get light headed when I flip over so thats not gone yet either,,,...my fatigue has greatly reduced however and I'm out everyday with energy. I have thought about stopping all starches including the brown rice and fruits to starve whats left of the boogers, (but I'd rather not)What should I do?
