I am still afraid to take Molyb because it made me feel awful. I am now wondering if it was detoxing copper out of my systems and that is why it gave me such a reaction. I felt slow like I was getting the flu and a bit of brain fog. At the time I wasn't doing the supporting supplements like NAC, vitamin C or Zinc.
