Cool, But Feo the only thing with Anne Giitlemans protocol is she uses ALA instead of NAC which makes you retain copper in the stool and mainly excrete in urine which is very hard on the kidneys....NAC is easier on the kidneys and is fact shown to help kidney failure as well as liver failure in studies....NAC is truly amazing in my opinion.....a life changing supplement but I have heard that some forms are not as good as others....I take Jarrow brand capsules and empty out 100-200 mgs at a time into water and use about 4 times a day
And zed, from your reaction to the supps and symptoms that are very similar to mine I would wait on NAC for a while as I said before.....it is a powerful chelator and will flood your system with copper which can cause damage....slow and steady remember, add one supp at a time and give it a while..... once your copper stores are lower you can add NAC...you will feel when they go down trust me, it's like night and day....
