a straight hair test is not necessarily accurate. you might want to read the cutler counting rules for mineral ratios and how he derives his formulas.

google 'retention toxicity'.

i hear what you are saying and i half agree. first you have to have the correct information, and many people here would agree that cutler has the correct information for determining a diagnosis, i.e. his hair counting rules. it is also very appropriate for people to do simple and safe testing on their own with small doses of minerals and or chelators, this can provide very useful empirical knowledge.

going off and doing a full blown chelation program without testing, i would agree, is not the safest or wisest thing in the world to do.
