Re: Another thing Re: Success stories after following Dr. Jeff's program?

Knowing when your candida is under control can take a lot longer than people think. I think people have to go beyond the point of when they think its under control...if they can get to that point.  Once the candida is under control then the individual has to work on all the damage/imbalances that its done. That can take a while as well. For some people it can take years and years to get under control..Whereas people with mild conditions can get better/cured in 3-6 months. People have to listen to their bodies rather than following someones protocol.

I was losing most of my weight when i was doing too much anti-fungals at once. It creates too much burden on our body/digestive tract. Strong anti-fungals seem to be counter productive. Ive had to take a break from all antifungals and am just working on my digestion/ build my strength back up right now. Detoxing/cleansing needs to be done gradually so the body doesnt get overburdened with toxins.

The more your candida is under control the more you can tolerate anti-fungals (less die-off syptoms). The idea is to get to the point where you can do anti-fungals and not have much/no die-off at all. Then you have to pound the probiotics/fecal enemas etc... Then you have to work on rebuilding you GI tract . Then at that point your body might be able to handle more organ detoxing.
