Aw shucks Mighty, you always give better answers than I do.
I've found that giving up a Destructive Habit is almost 'automatic' if a certain level of inner cleanse is achieved. This cannot be done best with food (no matter how pure), or Juice Fasting, but only with Water Fasting, and Absolute Fasting.
It also helps to have a Purpose in life. If things seem hopeless, Stop...put your head on straight...then proceed.
