Re: iodine causing shortness of breath?

Hi Gina -

The magnesium malate that I have used in the past had no fillers or binders. It was just magnesium malate and a bit of malic acid.

What worked best for me at that time was additional magnesium oil used transdermally. I still use it if I feel nervous or edgy because it seems to have a wonderfully calming affect on my body. I would use it more often if I could tolerate the
sticky feel. It takes only 20 minutes to be fully absorbed, so when I use it, I wait for that time to pass and then shower the residue off.

I have made the oil myself in the past but find that this one seems superior: http://www.ancient-minerals.com/products/magnesium-oil/?gclid=CKqxvI_M6KsCFQN...
