Re: iodine causing shortness of breath?

Hi, vit. B is needed for magnesium uptake. B6 in particular, but I recommend taking them all.

Salt; real salt is important in the protocol, helped my palpatations long before iodine. Also big time involved in asthma like conditions, like shortness of breath.
Magnesium has been the most difficult issue for me; done it for years, only lately I can say I am utilizing the stuff properly.

If your D is low, magnesium will not be properly utilized and vice versa.

Iodine in high enough dosage are needed too. 50 mg + IMO; bromide is frequently used in asthma medication; this is an inhibithor of iodine.
