I was (am)taking all of those things except for the salt. Minerals,(with the proper dose of selenium, etc) vitamin c, Magnesium (natural calm) also d(my d is low) and krill oil, Barlean's Essential Woman. I never took the iodne without these supplements. I am also not having any of my typical low Magnesium symptoms, which are usually achiness in my muscles, like fybromyalgia. I guess I wasn't taking the B, though.
