The Earth, I hear, is literally blanketed in DDT - I think there are toxins everywhere.
I don't think more antioxidants are a fix [even though it is an improvement to diet] .. I truly believe it has to do with changing a cooked food diet in general. When the body uses its limited resource of enzymes to break down food that has been heated over 118 degrees, it uses up a lot of energy and weakens the immune system .. plus it adds that mucoid plaque to the bowels and whatnot. The body will literally jump to save itself from the cooked food you introduce to your system BEFORE it'll begin fighting off cancer - that's why I theorize that even individual's who sustain themselves on a healthy organic cooked-food lifestyle are seen to age faster.
The tribes that were studied to look to be in their early 20's though individuals were 148 years old lived on a primarily raw diet.
