WAIT - I disagree, I'm sorry!

Sun avoidance?
Doesn't that lead to Depression due to lack of minerals?

People get 'sun damage' because the sun is helping the body detoxify [through the skin] so the skin is just holding tons of poisons [toxicity leads to aging, as is commonly known].

Tribes that live[d] in Nature were always being exposed to the sun, but even at age 150 they appeared to be 22 ((I can site the source as soon as I receive my book back)). In the last 100 years a slew of new toxins were released into our lifestyles, which is leading to the new-found rapid aging and dis-eases. I do agree that tanning beds are dangerous... as are sunscreens!

With a clean diet and lifestyle, one can maintain a beautiful complexion [especially with kisses from the sun!]

This is not at all to disrespect you, #47594 - I just believe the sun is a mandatory key to the return and sustenance of health. <3
