Re: Magnesium increases my appetite - why?

Two of the most common causes of leaky gut are gluten sensitivities - Celiac Disease (Celaic Sprue) and non-Celiac Sprue. In both problems a person is unable to adsorb sufficient nutrients, minerals, vitmains but still many Celiac's are overweight. From what I have read in messages at Celiac.com Forums most of these overweight people lose weight when they follow a strict gluten free diet and they also have much less problems with food cravings. Even if the tests for CD come back negative some people find that following a GF diet beneficial. parasites are also a common cause of leaky gut and maladsorbtion. No matter what the cause of leaky gut or intestinal most people find that they improve by following a program to help digestive health. If a person has gluten intolerance or sensitivity then the the problems will keep coming back or get worse.
