It's interesting because when I took an Epsom Salt bath last week, I felt very hungry the next day, and I noticed that my stomach would feel empty sooner than it would normally. Based on what I've read online, it's possible that the addition of Magnesium in our system makes our body's more effective in digesting food in our stomach, causing it to empty sooner and giving us the feeling of hunger. That's just a theory, so it would be great if other's could chime in.
