Re: Nearly four weeks on candida diet: no change - advice?

Hi Geoff
I have been down the road you are on. I suspect you are taking too much stuff that is killing stuff, and your body just can't handle it. That's why you feel weaker. I did that a lot. What I would say is stop killing stuff (the reason you have the stuff is because your system is too weak to do it itself) and just take things that are supportive for YOU and your body; fish oils, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, the candida diet (basically), and of course you don't want to do anything to encourage the monsters, like Sugar and etc. Also with this you need to support your liver with detox tea, and your immune system with echinecea and astragalus; but above all you need to do what is right for you. I say, put down the big guns, stop taking this hardcore killing stuff, and do supportive stuff for you and your body. Drink lots of water. too. When you get stronger and feel good you can start very slowly taking sf722 or other things to kill, but only a tiny bit at a time. Your body is not a machine.
