Re: Nearly four weeks on candida diet: no change - advice?
Thank you for your reply Michael.
Wow, a fully 0% carb diet sounds very tough, especially if you don't have the meat (fish is also off, I assume?).
Could it be that after 4 weeks of a largely sugar-free diet the candida in your body had already been weakened sufficiently that the consequent 0% carbs and candex combination was so powerful?
How long did it take after starting to eat just green leafy vegetables before you experienced significant die-off, and then how long did you continue for?
My greatest concerns are that I am already underweight and very weak. Cutting-out the (in my case) fish and eating nothing bug green leafy vegetables would likely see me weaken further and lose even more weight. I live alone, and rely on my bike to cycle to and from the office and supermarkets.
It's perhaps worth noting that despite taking antibacterials/antifungals, I have yet to make a start on the CandiGONE cleanse kit, so perhaps I will notice a more significant change (on my current diet) once that program begins.
Well, thanks again for your input!
