It's good that you're improving. It's interesting that you are taking such a low dose more frequently than the typically described Cutler Protocol. Did you read that in Cutler or somewhere else? Do you use the same frequency at night too?
I'm actually trying something somebody said helped her a lot. I'm taking ALA every hour during the day, and once during the nighttime. It's too early to know what the results of this will be.
I would suggest that you might want to go easy on the supplements. You don't want to overdo them since they can cause their own problems. Just a suggestion though.
