How do I balance myself in this situation?

Hey everyone. I know I've done some silly things in regards to chelation and my body the last few weeks, and I have experienced the issues brought up by it. I never want to feel as bad as I did about 10 hours ago again. My intention now is to balance myself and halt further damage to my system. However I don't know what can get my liver to stop oxidizing while in this state right now.
So, to those of you who have more experience in this, would you please share with me: what can I do to help my tired liver balance? I want the mercury to go away, yes, but for now just want to rebuild and recharge. I want to take Vitamin C to stop the oxidative stress, but I think it'll just cause more movement and I'm not sure I'm ready to take even small doses of DMSA right now.
I could go to a hospital and get shot up with meds and told I'm crazy. Or not. I could look up a doctor in San Diego that knows about chelation, but that doesn't address the immediate situation. It would take a couple days to get in, get tests, get results, make decisions, get perscriptions. And there's a monetary issue too at the moment.
I've been eating tomato, organic chicken, and celery. Sometimes carrots and other stuff, and lots of liver support. I have vervaine but don't want to crash my body by starting to dump a bunch of ascaris. A day or two of recovery and I can start. L-Ornithine L-Aspartate is on the way, should be here this week. I think.
My situation is my faults coming out. But I realize that now and am asking for assistance. Will anyone please reply? Thank you.
