Re: How do I balance myself in this situation?

Thanks for the reply. I have been chelating now, using 2mg DMSA cutler protocol (of course) and with lots of everything he suggests. I feel I'm improving.
So now I'm wondering how long to stay on my round, 2mg every 90mins. I'm planning on 3 days to see how I do. I'm currently taking L-Ornithine L-aspartate which arrived today. I'm now taking vervaine again with malt and mannitol, and am on salt/c treatment to deter the lyme. I feel slight swelling in knees and head. I've been alkalizing with Coral Calcium and mag malate, eating chicken and brazil nuts.
The cutler protocol is helping. Hmm, I did notice the lecithin makes my liver act up a bit this morning. I'm wondering if it's causing allergies? I've added ginger to my diet and this seems to help with that a bit. I'm still new and experimenting with how things make me feel, and getting used to what which imbalance feels like so I can intuitively go for the balancing supplement. This has worked wonders for me. Clearing my fear of chelating was a big part of this.
This mercury stuff...it really DOES make one feel crazy and self doubting...and it really is worse than most people understand. I am so glad to still be alive and well enough to clear this all, and gladly approach all this learning. Currenttly bouncing back and forth between cleaning, taking supplements, researching, connecting with source, and more research...
