I looked at the Interfase plus and noticed it has edta. that may have had some negative effect. I only say because I have been using it a lot externally and it combines really quickly with what ever it reacts with.

I went back and read the entire label of the now digest platinum that really seems to be having a good effect internally and externally. Part of the label reads

" Digest Platinum is enhanced with specialized enzymes for the digestion of fibers, sugars, and other normally indigestible plant constituents,"

the amounts of plant enzymes are as follows ( that are in Gordon's formula as well )

Cellulase (from Trichoderma longibrachiatum) 3,200 CU *
Hemicellulase (from Aspergillus niger) 1,000 HCU *
Xylanase (from Trichoderma longibrachiatum) 650 XU

and... additionally the NOW enzymes have,

Pectinase (from Aspergillus niger) 15 endo-PGU

break down pectin, a polysaccharide substrate that is found in the cell walls of plants. One of the most studied and widely used commercial pectinases is polygalacturonase. It is useful because pectin is the jelly-like matrix which helps cement plant cells together and in which other cell wall components, such as cellulose fibrils, are embedded.

too much to post on this but what stuck in my mind was dna repair, filamentous fungi bacteria transgenic, grains... complex but an interesting read on wikipedia

I received Gordon's enzymes today. Think I am gonna keep taking the NOW enzymes internally and one half of body new enzymes other half old
