Let me clarify, though!

Reducing stress in your life is good and important. Reducing the level of stress in your body/mind is important. But don't neglect this other important part: how you react to stress. Retraining your response is critical.

So three parts to stress reduction:

  • external stressors

  • your internal stress level

  • how you react to stress


Cut the stress out of your life, calm yourself down, and retrain how you respond to stress.
