The reason this happens to those with AF is low aldosterone.
Aldosterone is a hormone made by the adrenal glands. It is supposed to control sodium/potassium.
If aldosterone is low, very little sodium is retained. If sodium is not retained, then fluids are not retained, which is why they pass right through you.
This is why those with AF are usually advised to consume lots of salt. It gives the adrenal glands a break since they don’t have to work so hard to retain sodium. This is also why we tend towards low blood pressure.
With AF, your sodium is low and your poor adrenal glands need to work hard with limited resources to try to retain it. This is also why we crave salt. Add a sprinkle of salt in each glass of water. Also put lots of salt on your food.
The other prolem is “pregnenlone steal”. When under stress, most of the raw material the adrenal glands make is going to cortisol.....with nothing left make aldosterone, or any of the other hormones.

So de-stressing is key. Meditate twice per day, relaxation hypnosis, Healing Codes.
I had this problem my whole life, even long before I became exhausted. My adrenal glands were strong, but due to pregnenlone steal, fluids were passing right through me.
This just stopped for me a couple of months ago. I went for a 3 hr drive, drinking lots of water and made it the whole way. I couldn't’t believe it. My whole life, I’d be lucky to last 45-min and had to pull over and run into the woods.
Other people on here have noted that as they recovery, the frequent urination goes away.
It will take time to get a hande on all of this, so be patient ;)
