What are you trying to do?! Water is supposed to pass through you, only hydrating as necessary - controlled by a complex system of hormones.

Do you feel dehydrated still, even after drinking tons?!

I feel it in my hands and eyes, since I wash my hands often and eyes feel dry. My skin tells me there's lack of hydration too.

Kidneys could be flushing stuff out too; hence, water is not retained.
