It is incredible how much misinformation there is just on Curezone itself about pH balancing. People who have never studied it giving advice when they don't have a clue on how to even use the ph stix. The Candida Forum is probably the worse and yet these people continue to suffer with their false beliefs. To me my candida symptoms were the first thing to improve from following the basics of acid base theory, of course it took over a month to really feel the positive effects or feel I was completely curing myself of candida over growth, However I didn't have the mounds of misinformation like there is here to distract me. Sometimes you have to have faith in what your plan is and stick to it.Find a good protocol and follow it for at least a moderate period of time before second guessing everything you do because you will have your ups and downs.
