I feel like you also.... the one thing that helps the most for me is going to hawaii. The theory is that it is free of mold, and that our body has some sort of infection that is making our brain hyper reactive to toxins in the air.
Have you ever tried spending as much time outside as possible? Have you ever tried going to a dry (low humidity) location for a period of time and seeing how that helps?
