I've suffered from Candida for years, thats for sure. I figured it all out a few years back, before I just thought I was weird. but I finally made sense of my symptoms and realized....Candida.

and no wonder, when I was about 18 months old I had near fatal pnuemonia, they had to try 10 different very powerful Antibiotics on me before I started to come out of it.

I've done enemas and parasite cleanses and The Master Cleanse before, I've seen all the stuff you talk about and more come out of me.

I am a lot better these days (candida used to be very bad and make me sick so I couldn't do anything...so misunderstood, friends think I'm lazy even after I explain to them what I'm battling)

Making my own milk Kefir from actual Kefir grains helped me a lot in replacing some of my flora it seems for the Candida.

Now if I can just get this sinus thing under control I'll be a normal person again. It's hard some days to keep up hope but I'm going to make it. Tweet
