These are the things that help me with the strongyloides in my sinuses:

1) dip a q-tip in coconut oil, swab the inside of your nose and sniff some up into your sinuses. This has been the most effective for me. I hardly ever get large worms out of my nose anymore, and the more I do it, the smaller and thinner the worms get. Some days I get none at all.

2) swab the inside of your nose with Noxzema. They HATE the menthol, and will start coming out in droves. I put this in at night, and follow up with an early morning neti-pot with salt water and a couple of drops of liquid garlic.

3) use the coconut oil as eyedrops and eardrops. You do have sinuses behind your eyes, and from what I've gathered, the oil gets into them somehow, because it has really helped me.
