Re: The importance of not combining herbs, supplements, drugs, foods and eating it in an empty stomach
I have read all your post and usually agree with you, and this time agree with you to a point.
I found from the beginning that an empty digestive track is best, and it makes perfect sense. Actually it's not hard for me to do because I have virtually no appetite, and it's been that way since I first started killing worms.
As far as combining, I think a BASIC mix is just stepping up the anti-
parasite arsenal. We don't really know what is that ONE thing to kill what we have. One thing I now feel very strongly about, pre-packaged products that list 11-25 ingredients might help kill a few, but will not erradicate them. Sorry to those who say it changed their lives, but it's not possible to see a few pieces of worms and be cured.
Lately I got sick of garlic and started taking higher doses of a
Black-Walnut /Wormwood tincture, neem, olive leaf, and clove capsules. I got horrible die off, and felt bad again. Then two days ago I went back to garlic and psyllium, and now out come the big ones. Was it the garlic again, or had I had them weakened with the herbs the last 12 days? All I know is I feel much better today.
I just spent a fortune ordering the basics for a maintenance routine, and plan to alternate. I will only be using a few at time though. I also ordered a few herbs I don't hear much about, Centaury & Vidanga. Centaury is used in the program that Ann Gittleman promotes and vidanga is used in adjuvant medicine. I plan to try each of those separately with just olive leaf and maybe the tincture to see what happens, like a few weeks each.
For me, one thing has been made clear from my own experience, clove helps me. Whenever I slack off, I get worse. Could this be coincidence? I don't know but will never risk it again.
As far as the interaction with sodium bicarbonate and lemon. I know you posted it to show the dangers, but I wish there was something that would foam up and run through my empty intestines like that and clean out whatever is in there. That thought has gone through my head soooo many times.
